中科院计算所所长李国杰大嘴一张，20世纪的计算机技术就算走了弯路---也不知他算哪路豪杰(一个在国际计算机学界的no-name)？就敢给20世纪的计算机技术下了定论。

李所长力捧的“龙芯”，居然与x86体系不兼容，上面连Windows都不能跑，还居然定位成“大众普及产品”！问问中国老百姓，谁愿买个不能跑Windows的PC？

都是糊弄中央，蒙钱罢。
