Peking University (PU), or orally The University of Beijing (UB), is a comprehensive univrsity ranked No. 14 worldwide by Time and forever the No. 1 key university in China. Its main campus, known as "Yan Yuan"-- the gardens of Yan, is situated at the northeast of the Haidian District at the western suburbs of Beijing. It will expand toward the Yuan Ming Gardens and the Summer Palace.

The University consists of 30 colleges and 30xN (N>3) departments, with 93 majors and ?? minors for undergraduates, 199 specialties for Master candidates and 173 specialties for Doctoral candidates, 200 degrees for postdoc fellows. While still laying stress on Bully-sciences with the recruitment of over 20 long-river scholars, the university has paid special attention to the development of Pseudo-sciences with the investment from all taxpayers.
