when a government is trying to establish any industrial relations with an African nation that
is recognied by the human right group as a country ruled by a "bad" man,
human right people will remind the officials that
anything go for their social economy
will prolong the "bad" man's staying in his power,
so this is bad for improving human right,
so they should not be doing this
