There is semiconductor factory that made the first DRAM in china. In late 80's, they successfully made 245KB (or a similar number that is definitely not 2^n) DRAM chip. I wondered why it is not 256KB.
I am sure it is 填补国内空白的东西. 科学上有没有意义? 对国家有没有贡献??
