Dr. Fang Shimin, a controversial public figure in China, announced on his blog that he gave a speech at FDA on November 10, 2012 (links:[t.sohu.com]; [t.sohu.com]), He also showed his entry ticket to FDA properties on his blog. (link: [t.sohu.com]). Although not stated explicitly, Dr. Fang messages imply that he was officially invited by FDA to deliver the speech, so his ideas, opinions, and even his status are recognized or approved by FDA. I searched FDA website, but could not find any information about Fang's speech. So could you please clarify the matter?
