It is not an assertion. There is no need to be defensive here, I am not accusing you of anything. I was trying to point out that the number of food allergy cases reported depends of diagnoses. I didn't say that you had made the claim no Chinese kids had food allergy. However, you did say that food allergy had been rare in China. I want to point out that we don't really know if food allergy is indeed rare in China, the problem could have been under diagnosed.
