I am close to 50 and starting from yesterday, I am experiencing the following hardship(experienced the same years ago, doctor did not have a clue):
1. Feel the heart is squeezed and stuffed, unease all the time.
2. Get worse when lean or bend forward.
3. Currently no chest pain or back pain.

What kind of problem could it be? Really want to know if it is heart related. I have hypertension (130/100) and high LDHP. Thanks.
