First the role of breast size in human sex. A big size is related to general health and potentional sexual satisfaction, but not necessary breast feeding, as breast can grow more than twice during pregnancy.
Second relates the role of societal norm. If one views a big breast as lust or bawd, women with big size will tend to hind her breast. Further, in a society which everyone has small breast size (such as east asian), the emphasis will be more on other items such as foot.
Breast size and shape are inherently related. There is no shape for a small breast. However, there must be an optimal combination.
But anyway, ungly breast such as Bailin's, I am not sure what kind of people will like it.
