SNAP benefit网站上没有列快餐店，也明确说不能用来买热饭：
You CAN use SNAP benefits to buy:

Foods for the household to eat, such as:
breads and cereals
fruits and vegetables
meats, fish and poultry; and
dairy products
Seeds and plants to produce food for the household to eat

You CANNOT use SNAP benefits to buy:

Beer, wine, liquor, cigarettes or tobacco
Any nonfood items, such as pet foods, soaps, paper products, diapers, and household supplies
Vitamins and medicines
Food that will be eaten in the store
Hot foods

查到ABC.go上有篇报道说密西根加州等四个州允许有些快餐店收food stamp （http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/business/2011/09/fast-food-chains-getting-into-the-food-stamp-act/），但我下载了密州的SNAP Retailer List，并没看到有麦当劳之类的快餐店。
