I know the above conclusion is rather premature but think about these facts:
1) the meat consumtion, or fat consumption in general, is much lower in Chinese than American, even among those living in the US.
2) on the other hand, Chinese comsume much large portion of vegetables and fiber than American
I am sure there are many research comparing risk of heart disease due to higher cholestrol in Chinese population. I would like to know whether the magnitude is different from American.
