I visited the website and found myself unable to either accept or reject the ideas. I don't have ENOUGH background in quantum theory. But I do know that some serious scientists are trying to use quantum theory to explain those phenomena that have not been or could not be explained by "conventional" science. Such phenomena include telepathy.
As a researcher, I respect these efforts trying to explore the highly contradictory unconventional "science" in a SCIENTIFIC way. As matter of fact, one needs a great courage to do so.
