One juror, who asked to remain anonymous, said she found Wey’s abuse of the First Amendment deeply troubling.

“That’s not what America is about,” she said.

A second juror echoed that sentiment, saying he found the trial “disturbing.”

Wey had denied having sex with Bouveng, and said he fired her because her love of the club scene interfered with her work.
