Prevent them from deportation? Why the heck should they be deported? If there is current law dictates that, abide the law or change it. Unless US entry in California is open to anyone, it makes no sense to protect illegal entry or stay!

Kids under the umbrella of DACA should stay because they were brought to US at the parents' decision (regardless if they want to come to US not). Parents are different. I'm sure they come for a better life, the same as those who try their best to enter or stay legally, encouraging those who broke the law should never be a solution.
