I urge you support a bill titled "H–1B and L–1 Visa Reform Act of 2015", which is recently introduced by Senators Chuck Grassley and Dick Durbin. This bipartisan legislation would reform the H-1B visa program, consistent with Congress’s original intent, by ensuring that qualified American workers are given the first opportunity at high-skilled job opportunities.

In the past years I witnessed too many cases that American companies laid off American workers but hired H-1B and L-1 visa holders. The abuse of of H-1B and L-1 visa caused thousands of Americans out of job. We need to correct this as soon as possible.
