to cure our inborn and stubborn bigotry, it needs long long time and patience, and PC is the absolutely needed 1st step.
1st make sure nobody can get away with racism publicly (this has nothing to do with freedom of speech, violaters may escape law punishment, but msut face public criticism and huge huge pressure, say to resign or apologize...).
