Whenever there is new content on the original server, user can access it through proxy. If users find it lags behind, it's most likely caused by the cache setting, in order to reduce network traffic to the original server (xys.org). If people complain too much, I will change the cache setting to make it less aggressive. But you have to let me know which pages are having problem. And in any case, user can always do a refresh (Ctrl-Refresh) from their browsers to force proxy to go get the latest.
