the only way is to increase supply: opning up more medical schools, training more doctors, and provide more information to patients like whether a higher priced doctor really makes a difference etc.
BTW Your suggestion of violent revolusion against hospitals and doctors will create the opposite effect: if less doctors are at work and less hospitals are in operation patients will have to pay even more!
