“Religious adherents rose in four of the five most populous counties in the state, including in Phoenix’s Maricopa County, which gained over 300,000 new religious adherents between 2010 and 2020.”

There isn't much information about religious trend for Arizona. Pew's latest survey (adults only) was for 2014, which shows a decline in believe in God from 2007. Other demographic data for Arizona may not be as reliable but here are a couple of links.
