I am against corruption out of simple self-interest. I don't want to live in a corrupt society and I know corrupt people won't leave others alone.
I don't know if corruption can be exported (I said if). I do know corrupt Chinese practices are already infiltrating Chinese divisions of American companies. I also hear lots of corrupt Chinese money are buying properties in SoCal.
