and demand, that's economics. Economics does not address the issue of relative income, so it makes no sense to compare doctors' income with others'. Relative income is a social, or maybe a moral issue. It needs to be discussed in a different context.
In addition, medicare service market of US and China are totally separated. The supply and demand of doctors in US have nothing to do with those in China. In fact I don't understand why this discussion took place in the first place.
