can you say that I have freedom to smoke, or more confusingly, I have freedom to eat unhealthy food to be obese?

Then what's the definition of freedom? Merriam Webster defined the political freedom as "the power or condition of acting without compulsion." However, this definition is not complete. At least, it should add "one's freedom should not harm other people."

superficially, being obese won't harm anybody else but himself/herself. However, in the context of society, obesity puts much burden to everybody.
