But smart economists (though I doubt any name very active in this forum) can refute it by another set of principles. Before seeing any numbers, you can not tell (but I have confidence on PK's rigorousness). Economic phenomenom is very complicated. Detail counts. And analysis to real world problem is not circumstances free.
