"Visiting" Las Vagas is almost a must for the various of Chinese official "考查团", which carry "Gong Wu Kao Zhao." .
If the whole visiting period is 10 days, the "考查团" will spend 2-3 days in visiting university labs etc, and spend the rest for sight-seeing.
Fortunately I am not a Chinese taxpayer anymore.
