Ramon Littell, Walter W. Stroup, Rudolf Freund, SAS system for linear Models, 4rd edition,Wiley, 2002

(I have the 3rd edition)

and

Littell RC, Milliken GA, Stroup WW, Wolfinger RD. SAS system for mixed models, SAS institute, 1996

I have these two books but they are in my office. I believe they talked about the multivariate repeated measures using GLM. I should know but my IQ and memory are deteriorating. I can check if you demand the details.

I also found this paper by Russel Wolfinger who was the author of SAS proc mixed. It confirms my method, as it should do. :-)
