I watched a TV progam back in 1980 or 1981, it is about “核冬天".
It is an English one. I believe it was taken by Americans.
I cannot recall the details of the video. one thing I still remember is:
at the beginning, it shows the oil tanks in Tokyo Bay.
This is just FYI. All the related leaders/persons of China must have
already watched the video way before me. :)
