and how to implement democracy in China are two questions. I don't think chinese at any level of the society would deny a government for the people.
And it's not that "中共最大的错误就是没有引导人民思想的觉悟" (as a matter of fact, they tried so hard and they are still trying but failed so miserably)，but rather CCP don't allow people to have different thinking.
CCP' problem is that their implementation of Marxism in China didn't work. I put stess on implementation as I am not convinced Marxism is a bad idea. Having said that, I still like the idea of democracy which is not in conflict with Marxism.
