are. They are certernly one-time-only, and their quality may very weel be very poor in astronautics industry point of view. Just because they could be launch to the orbit and back doesn't mean those are very advance. Even the space shuttle is very outdated and poor in quality. The fact is, all space program on Earth are not advance as they seem, it is because high cost and small volum. They cannot be very good comparing to commercial products, if you think of 6-sigma.
