Seriously speaking, I think one (especially closing
or already middle aged) should cut smoking, cut
time on the net, and pay more attention to one's
own health.
To raise life expectacy from 75 to 78 may not be
much for a whole life but 3 years becomes
bigger if you are closing what remains
