organisation. It's a very encouraging sign that monk leaders have recognized the value of business training when the value of their assets is increasing rapidly. They definitely need some expertise on assets management. Hopefully one day they will be rich enough to afford a consulting firm who will do the management for them, just like the Catholic Church in US(Catholic Church is the largest land/real estate owner in major US cities, including Manhattan.)
The school of management of JiaoDa is brilliant for identifying this small but rapidly growing market.
