Even if religion directly negatively influence
sicence, it may indirectly positively benefit
science thru many third-degree, forth-degree,
etc factors. You can not isolate factors
one by one to see whether it is good or bad.
You may be able to do that in academic research
but not in real life. Scientists can not
live without other people of other trades.
