in last 15 years? I know BeiDa, Qinghua and Fudan all did. In fact there have been a couple of billionaire business leaders among recent Fudan and Qinghua graduates. SOme graduates from these schools also become high ranking government officials and political leaders.

A good university produces graduates who can succeed in diversified occupation and social domain. To me if a university can't produce top tier political and business leader it is not a top tier university.
