Your PC is infected by so called Spyware. And "about:blank" is one of the most difficcut to clean. I was try to help a friend to clean this last week, and spent $29.95 to buy "Spyware Doctor" to do this. Although the software can detect this problem, but still failed to remove it. It is said that some Spyware removal software can remove, but others cannot, because of the variety of the "about:blank". So far I was not able to remove it yet.
