I agree but overseas Chinese should be able to retain their Beijing SHang residency if they came from there.
It is ridiculous for many outsiders to come and take jobs from from natives of Beijing and Shanghai.
If they are allowed to colelct garbages, fine.
But works like enginners, college professors,
etc should be reserved to the natives
