See you can not even write anything when the theory is on the side of your ideology (oh...do you even have one?), and the only thing you need is to see it from a slightly different angle (and better still, some rudimentary knowledge on economics--I know I know I know it is too high a requirement for you as your brain is not constructed for functioning normally in thinking and comprehending).
The assumption of the 炎阳-level author of the above article is that saving is a good thing, always. Almost everyone (apart from you or him/her) know this is not true.
Gee! See how sensible people comment on the matter. In the case that you can not understand (alas, almost surely), I can tell you he is critizing (in a mild manner) the urban-country 2-tier system. It's a warning against the bring future of China
