I think Acta Crystallographica Section E is a good journal, and 杨光富教授( I don't know 杨光富教授.)
's articles are good too:
* Clear layout;
* Very much to the point;
* In standard format;
* Well written.

"败坏中国学者的学术名誉，伤害真正想搞学问的中国
学者的利益"? Not them.

"被一些学术败类利用了"? This one doesn't count.
