Sec. 265 Funeral identification, right-of-way.

All motor vehicles in a funeral procession, when accompanied by an adequate police escort or escort service, operated in compliance with this and the preceding section, may proceed past a red or stop signal, provided such movement is made with due caution and circumspection, and other vehicles shall yield the right-of-way to such vehicles. If no police escort or escort service is provided, the funeral procession must obey all traffic regulations and traffic-control devices.
