The courese Ph.D. degree is obtained by completing doctoral degreee courses and research dissertation, which is parallel to US Ph.D. degree.

The so-called "paper Ph.D." is a crap, which doesn't require course study, and is used by the professors for exchabge with industry guys for fundings or other resources the school needs.
