However, to me, even though the heretability is 95%, I can still argue that environmental factors are still important. The heretability doesn't given you answer whether the 95% is more important than the 5% or not.
If people can modify the 5% to reduce the symptoms or even prevent the disease, then go for it. A quick example is PKU (the stink urine due to lack of an enzyme). People can reduce the symptoms by not eating beans. The same logic goes for a lot of allergic diseases too.
