You guys tip waiter/waitress when eat out?

I always leave tips when eat out at lunch time together with my colleagues, normally $1 for below 8 dollars, and $2 for more.

I'm not trying to say I'm rich. But I know waiter/waitress depend on these tips. A few bucks is not a big deal to me, but if it can make others a bit happier, why not?
