I am just normal no-IT-professional want to buy a laptop for fun,,, beautiful graphic/video and "cool appearance and interface/UE".

I don't even want to figure out those stupid differences between Core Duo or dual-core or whatever. What did they say? ignorance is a bless.

Just buy a macbook and get over with it.

My powerbook is 4-years old, people around me still think it is cool and my DVD movies is running more smoothly than those new Dell/HP laptops. I drop it 3 years ago and there was a crack around the corner, but it still running fine.
