It sounds like you play in 80s already.
I am between high 80 low 90 and could be worse, trying to break 85 this year.

Today I felt my left hand slipped at contact with almost all my iron shots. After I got back home, I finally figured it out -- it is my gripping. Hope I will fix this problem next week on driving range.
