It's an award from Pfizer Inc. to hundreds of recipients every year, mainly graduating residents, in urology departments of medical schools around the United States. For each recipient, Pfizer donates a $2,000 grant in recipient's name to the department of the recipient, and presents a plaque to the recipient, recognizing his/her hard work and dedication.
