The idea is to give one entity special status so that
the rest can enjoy equality. If you won't compromize for that, you won't get nothing.
Beida only enroll 10,000 students anyway. The country
can have much wealth and money to allow special treatment for them.
The more urgent issue should be Why is Keda getting
more fund than Qinghai University? The key to
get rid of oppressors is not having one emperor
at the top but many local filed-head snakes like
Keda, Fudan, Jiaoda etc
