Please forgive my stupidy. I still do not understand why 通讯作者
is so important. Does 通讯作者 mean the corresponding author or
the boss? If it is the corresponding author, I should have been always
both first author and 通讯作者 becuase my boss always asks me to do
so. However, I did do it because I am lazy. I guess life science is
different from my field, in which 通讯作者 must be the boss, am I
right?
