Headlight is not designed for fog, so the light
emitted is easily scattered in the fog, making
things less visible to the driver while making
the car less visible to other drivers. From
the driver perspective, what was a dark piece
of "cloud" just becomes a bright piece of "cloud".
From the other driver, they just see a remote
bright cloud.
Fog light emits lights that helps penetrate
fog, therefore you can see better while your
car continues to appear to be 2 moving bright
dots to the other drivers...
