Once I was at my professor's office during office hours. The professor was from Taiwan and can speak perfect Chinese. He was chatting with me about my university in China. I thought this was a personal conversation and started to speak Chinese. He immediately stopped me and asked to speak English. Why he demanded me speak English? It's during his office hour, it's business time. But when we met on campus, we all talked in Chinese.
