The second statement is VERY good! Apparently you don't know very well my SuanZhang theory. Now the question is how high such cost is. Merely saying it is high is not acceptable. You need to provide facts and facts only to back your conclusion.

And please don't assume my stand on this issue. In fact I haven't bothered to think about my stand becasue I don't have enough information to conclude whether they should hire Pan or not. And my conclusion is is worthless anyway so I won't spend time to create one.
