They seem to enjoy too much of the scene when the young/weak challenges the older generation or the authorities. The paradox is that the challenge has to be recognized by the higher authorities in the first place, which makes it no challenge at all.
A recent example is the case of 余杰 vs. 余秋雨. What does this 小余 know about culture revolution? The guy was not even born when the revolution was started.
