before criticizing cctv and praising nbc, please be clear on this question.

live broadcast is totally different from taped and edited one.

no matter what, it's better to also see cctv one as a chinese. u almost certain nbc would cut lots of scenes.

for example:

zhang yining's speech representing athletes

beijing opera episode

nbc didn't give enough face front showing of li ning and lin miaoke (the cutie who sang the patriotic song)

....

whatever and however bad cctv one might be, it's live, in mind, that's a knockout over any delayed edited one.
