marriages are all different. One can't take a good marriage for granted you have to keep investing into it. If a couple have made a large investment into their marriage, the cost of breakup would be too high for each part to absorb. So the second worst choice is to stay married.
The character of Song is one of those who take a happy marriage for granted. Becasue he invested so little he can afford a breakup. But Lin spent her whole life into it so she will do everything to recoup her lose. I like Lin's character becasue she never stops fighting. The only problem is Lin doesn't know how to fight.
